Refund PolicyWe hope you love your new phone case, but if something isn’t right, our refund policy is as follows:
Refund or return requests must be made within 7–14 days after receiving your phone case.
Customized or personalized phone cases are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
If you receive a defective or wrong model, please contact us with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
